Ingredients: – My chipotle βcheeseβ sliced – Handful of arugula – Cornichon pickles. – Green onion sliced – Violets (I pick mine from my yard). – 1/2 tsp olive oil – 1 tbsp cornichon brine – Crackers (using simple mills) – Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
Directions: 1. Add your arugula to a plate and top with olive oil and cornichon brine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then give it a toss with your hands until combined. 2. Add everything else to your plate and chow the heck down.
