Left the humidity domes on for two weeks (didn’t do enough reading). Leaves are yellowing and a but wilted – are these goners do you think?

THey’re fine. Trim them down to one plant per cell and give them a light feeding at 25% of normal fertilizer dosage.

They look okay. The humidity dome isn’t the problem, but I’d definitely suggest a seedling mix next time. Seedlings often fail to thrive in a woody mix like this.

You plant those things in mulch?

I am very new to seed starting but also had issues with yellowing plants in a Gurneys seed starting kit. The plants have greened up nicely once I repotted/up-potted the seedlings to peat pots that were filled with good quality organic potting soil.

I would up pot them into better soil (less mulch) and bury them just below the leaves.
