Tried to use some buns , heinz mayo and deluxe sauce , 15% meat , oignons and salad , used an other pan to smash them , i need to do them even thinner !

Thats about how mine came out, with very similar toppings. Looks great.
Mine wasn’t perfect but overall flavor was excellent and i’ll be doing smashburgers for my next few patties.

Looks great except the cheese melt. Try covering the patties and cheese with a metal bowl, lift it slightly and add some water. The steam will melt it perfectly 🙂
