I tried the one I was seeing everywhere with greek yoghurt and it never cooked fully in the middle. I think the batter was too wet? I also used whole-wheat flour. I'll try this one next time and see.

These are ridiculous delicous and soo simple and quick to make if you don’t have much time!!! ❤ Just made them now myself. The cottage gives the Bagel a cheesy flavour to it with a soft spongy texture 🥯
