And yes, only 2 lbs lol.

6 hours slow cooked on low

1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 tbsp Kosher salt
1 tbsp garlic and herb
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp liquid smoke (I used a little more)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (I used a drop more)
2 tbsp olive oil (I used a little more)
Brown sugar steak seasoning (I winged it)
Honey (I winged it)

Place on aluminum foil on cookie sheet, broil until top is slightly charred. Take out, brush with BBQ sauce, broil until charred. Let sit inside foil for at least 30 minutes.

    That looks beautiful!!
I’ve always worried about brisket not coming out right from a slow cooker.

I’m screenshoting your recipe, just in case they decide to remove it, so I can make this weekend
