    Breakdown – 1273, not 1260!

    Breakfast: 125g plain non-fat Greek yogurt (88), 35g of chopped strawberries 11), 15g of mini chocolate chips (70) / 137 ml (~under half) of a Premier Protein iced coffee (67) with 15g of cold foam (40) + whip (10)

    Lunch: 100g egg whites (45), frozen spinach, 1/2 slice of pepper jack cheese (40), 2 turkey sausage links (100), 1 cup (frozen weight) shredded hash brown potatoes (70) + sugar free syrup (0), pico on the egg

    Dinner: 1 chicken sausage (150), chopped cucumber/tomato salad (+40 cals for some EVOO), 15g crumbled feta (45), 1/4 cup (dry weight) rice (160)
    *Did not eat the yogurt sauce pictured, left the onions, and did not finish the rice!

    Snacks:
    * 90 calorie frozen yogurt bar
    * 10 frozen grapes (50)
    * 6 gummies (120)
    * 4 mini Oreos for my “something sweet” after dinner (62)
