    For me it was cooked just right, I’m trying to reduce the grey seat bands through the meat, reducing the pan temperature and cooking on a lower heat for longer

    Why cut it up, it loses it’s juiciness and gets cold super fast, I know it looks more appealing for the picture but my heart weeps for the poor thing
