Hello! I am excited to share my first meal prep. As a busy college student on a budget, I have made easy breakfasts and dinners that I can take on the go or reheat at home.

Breakfast: Oikos Triple Protein Strawberry and Vanilla Yogurt with granola and freeze-dried fruit

Dinner: Chicken and ground turkey bowls with rice and broccoli

    these look great! i’ve been prepping yogurts recently too and found that the granola stays crispier if its separated from the yogurt, by either a strip of wax paper or a barrier of berries 🙂

    Wow abjectboysenberry! This looks #delish!! Just a side note. I was wondering what granola did you use for the yogurt meal prep? Sure looks yummy! Also, I would recommend a sauce of some kind for that meal prep…. perhaps a teriyaki or yum yum would be quite tasty!
