A cafe is set to be transformed into a restaurant and bar under new owners.
Kellie Nafile and her husband Umut have taken over The Paddocks Coffee Bar in Lakenheath after years of operating the Fork and Fire food truck.
Work to transform the Willow Grove Farm site into The Paddocks Restaurant and Bar is currently underway.

“We will still be serving breakfasts like the cafe did, and we will also have a bottomless lunch option, which includes a three-course meal alongside endless drinks.”
As the site currently has no kitchen, the family-run restaurant will use the food truck to cook and serve the meals.
Mrs Nafile said a kitchen will be built at a later date, following the summer months.

“We plan to open the restaurant and bar in the coming weeks once we have everything like electricity and water sorted,” said the new owner.
“The plan is to have a soft launch followed by a grand opening complete with live entertainment.”
The live entertainment will continue after the opening with a range of music nights throughout the summer.
Customers will also be able to try shisha pipes in the garden, although the offering will be dependent on good weather.
