I'm devastated that these fine folks are closing up shop. This is an amazing balance of flavor and heat; blackberry, blueberry, scorpion pepper, and smoked ghost pepper. I add this to all sorts of dishes, but it's particularly amazing in chili and tomato sauces. The sweetness and complexity of the berries come though first, then you get the heat, then the heat builds. Spice without flavor is just masochism, this ain't that.

It’s why I love just about any sauce made with the scorpion pepper. The pepper itself is flavorful as well as hot.
