A week ago I planted some tomatoes in a Florida weave set up, so I pruned the suckers off the bottom, and stuck then straight into terrible sandy clay from the holes I dug for the original plants. A week later, this is their progress, in terrible soil, in full sun.

I broke my Sungold just below the first and only set of true leaves. I repotted it to see what would happen, and was sure it was a goner. 2 weeks later and it’s still growing.
I honestly thought this was another sub because I saw the title then the plants and thought. “They really put cuttings into cups of concrete. “….
