  1. I bought an air fryer, and it’s taken over. I cooked 3-4 days worth of tandoori chicken thighs, pop them in a bowl, and each evening pull out some wraps, whack on some light mayo and hot sauce, coriander, cheese, chicken, and pop them in the panini press.

    The air fryer doesn’t require me to cook on the hob with lots of oil, clean up lots of pans, and also chars the chicken a little.

  2. My wife and I bought an expensive dual door airfryer. We have gravitated towards usung it for 95% of our cooking. It is so versatile with 11 different options. Our stove top is only used for a few things nowdats.
