  1. Greek Roasted Chicken and Potatoes

    3lbs bone-in chicken thighs and/or legs
4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
    2 tbs olive oil
    Juice of 1 large lemon
    2.5 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tbs garlic powder
    1/2 tbs onion powder
    1 tbs dried oregano
    1/3rd cup plain yogurt
    1 cup water
    Optional: whole garlic cloves unpeeled

Add everything into a casserole dish and mix really well. Place the chicken skin-side up in a layer on top of the potatoes. Pour the cup of water down the edge of the dish. Bake at 400 for 1 hr 15 mins or until the skin is dark brown and crispy.

Serve with white rice, pita bread or on its own with a Greek salad on the side. ENJOY!

  2. I'm going to make this tonight! Looks delicious! Only thing i would change is that there is to reason to add water to the dish. The potatoes will roast without it and not be as watery

  3. I love that you cooked the potato wedges in the same pan as the chicken allowing the chicken grease to drain into the potatoes to improve their flavor. That’s fucking brilliant.

  4. Just use 2 strays on the oven. One for chicken with everything like the video and one for the potatoes sticks alone. Potatoes end up crispy and golden, and then u mix everything on the plate.

  5. Girl I felt that SICK from a mile away😂. As a young mom I cried to my mom realizing that I’d have to cook everyday, multiple times a day… forever😳 it’s either that or starve so I cook. Thanks for giving me some new dishes to try😋
