🧾 Ingredients
Ground beef
Red onion
Carrot
Celery
Green, red, and yellow bell pepper
Crushed tomatoes
Rice
Yogurt
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Preparation
In a saucepan with a little olive oil, sauté the minced beef.
Add the chopped red onion, chopped carrot, julienned celery, julienned red and green bell peppers, and sauté.
Add the crushed tomatoes and cook for 12 minutes over low heat, covered.
In a saucepan with boiling water, cook the rice for 10 minutes and drain.
Mix the rice with the meat stew.
Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds.
Stuff with the meat and rice and bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Presentation
Place the peppers on a plate and cover with natural yogurt.
