I ate there several years ago. Do they still put the jar of piranha heads on the table? I was a bit concerned until I realized that it was just decorative.
Mayta in Lima is also a hysterical source of “we want plates” content and is a great place. Not as good as Central, but great.
And if you haven’t been to Maido yet, holy crap that place is good. Probably the best meal I have had in my life.

Aside from being unsanitary wtf is that even? It looks like a piece of raw cabbage that fell in a pile of pepper. It does not look high end or even tasty at all
