I didn’t take pics of my food but I ate a very small amount of calories today and I was impressed that I’m so full!
Breakfast was a serving of light and fit vanilla yogurt, 140g wild blueberries, and 3 chocolate rice cakes (plus a scoop of greens powder in water on the side)
Lunch I had steamed cabbage (steam in bag coleslaw mix) with grilled chicken and peanut sauce
Dinner I had a power bowl healthy choice frozen dinner (only 170 cal!)
I also had some grapes, a built puff bar, and 2 SF chocolate pudding cups with 2 caramel rice cakes
Everything was delicious!! 🤌🏻
