They took over one of my favorite food trucks pollo las abuelas and it took me too long to check them out. The owner actually posted in here a few months ago and I must say. These flour tortillas made in house might I add are some of the BEST I’ve had. The bistec and pastor are everything I want in a taco and remind me of the taco trucks in Houston and they are packed. Also I wanted to try the queso before I went home(I got it all to go and it was packed so well for a to go order!)

The pineapple just thrown in there and not grilled.
I’ll try it but without a trompo for the Pastor I’ll try to keep an open mind.
