I passed the Florida Bar exam this past February after initially failing last July. Hard work and perseverance pays off. In honor of that, a Prime Rib Eye reverse seared at 275 and then tossed in a cast iron for 2 minutes each side and 30 seconds for the sides.

Is that like a regular bar exam but lower?
Ok ok, so in all honestly was the bar really that bad?
Congrats fellow counselor! May your meat always be good medium rare
Well done
I can never get my crust that good. It has spots that don’t contact the cast iron skillet and never get that gorgeous crust. What’s the secret!? A weight?
That cutting block is like training wheels.
What a milestone. Congrats on your big achievement! You should go to Vegas and treat yourself with your first paycheck.
They have laws there?
