Make your fries gourmet in this super easy recipe
You’ll need
Potatoes, cut to fries shape
2 tbsp flour
Ranch sauce (usually made with buttermilk, but i subbed for greek yoghurt as we don’t always have buttermilk in the fridge!)
2 tbsp mayo
2tbsp greek yoghurt
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried dill
Juice of half a lemon
Garlic butter :
2 tbsp butter melted
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp chilli flakes ( to taste)
3/4 tsp garlic powder
Method
Cut fries and soak in ice water for half an hour
Get water to a rolling boil in a pot and blach the fries for 5 minutes
Remove and pat dry, sprinkle flour
Heat oil and fry on a high heat until crispy golden
Add garlic butter and as much parmesan as you wish and toss
Serve hot
