crispy chicken or the tofu larb salad should be 500-600 at most and will be much more filling than tom yum soup. garlic pepper with soft tofu should be fine too.

Steamed dumplings and papaya salad will be lighter options… but you’re eating out, try something that strikes your fancy and maybe go family style so you can sample more dishes. I like to ask the servers what the yummiest dishes are on the menu, usually they have great recommendations!
Apologies for the non-helpful response I’m about to give: I’m a kow soi/kao soy (so many spellings I’ve seen for this) fiend and I don’t see it on menus that often so I would get that, eat half, and save the other half for lunch the next day.
Otherwise, probably the ~~beef/broccoli~~ broccoli/mushroom!
I recommend exactly what you want and just eating half of it. The other half can be taken away for lunch tomorrow.
