Msemen (Moroccan Pancake)

300g all-purpose flour
200g semolina, fine + extra to sprinkle
12g salt
8g sugar
4g instant dried yeast
300ml water, tepid

EXTRAS
50g vegetable oil, to drizzle
50g butter, melted, to drizzle

  1. You don't use flour and yeast. Just semolina water and salt. Also it's not just Moroccan, this is a north African dish

  2. Miss it when you talk bit too much and next thing you know you're standing outside with one leg up and a ruler in your mouth
