This quick, easy, and flavorful one-dish meal is a favorite go-to.

Recipe:
3 C Lettuce and Kale, chopped
2 C Garbanzos, home cooked
1/2 C Rice, leftover and heated to soften or freshly cooked
1 Tomato, chopped (or 1/2 carrot, curled)
Arrange in a bowl.

1/3 C Apple Juice Concentrate
2 T Olive Oil
1/3 C Lemon Juice
1 t Salt
Combine in a jar, add lid, and shake to combine. Pour half the dressing over the veggies in the bowl.

1 T Hemp Hearts
Parsley and Basil, chopped
Sprinkle on top. Freely eat!
