I tried these and donāt like them But however I am comparing them to Season brand lol The texture is very mushy and they are so salty and not many on the market have no added salt I ate them because Iām not one for wasting food I guess I shouldnāt have my hopes up on a cheap brand but I saw so many good reviews Will move on next is Wild Planet

Good cheapos can be king Oscarās and ive even had some luck with beach cliff hot sauce ones
King Oscar is basically the only sardine brand I reach for anymore, itās light years ahead of everything else
Polar is my go to cheap tinned fish brand. Have yet to be disappointed with any of them. Honestly I still prefer them to some of the more fancy stuff out there.
Chicken of the sea canned chub mackerel in brine is pretty okay but it does have a bit of salt what with the brine.
COTS is pretty well known here for being awful – Iām not surprised at anything you described. Fortunately there are delicious and affordable cans of tinned fish out there – especially in your local ethnic markets š
You deserve delicious canned fish!!
You were supposed to buy fish from the sea!
I just ate those today. They left a smell in my kitchen and my dad was like “something smells like piss!” I kept quiet…
You gotta up your hot sauce and mustard game.
Omg
Iāve seen worse. Youāre doing good
Wild Planet is good stuff. Quality deens.
I had cots in olive oil today with some sourdough bread & they were great
I usually use Chicken of the Sea as a protein booster for soups or salads. I dont eat them by themselves anymore.
Those deens aren’t very good, but you know Frank’s and some Yellow got your back.
They always help when you gotta choke down some rough food.
I like chicken of sea
Chicken of the Sea is awful, I don’t know how they package their fish but it’s always dry as bone and about as good tasting
