So here is a weird fact-this banchan was/is weirdly popular in Eastern Europe. Like I grew up eating something that looked exactly like this called “carrot salad Korean style”. You can even get it in Slavic stores in Canada. We also had a similar one but made with marinaded seaweed. Wondering if us Slavs stole that from Korea too

I’ve never thought it possible for a carrot to look like noodles, but ATP that looks super delicious and I really want to try it out. How do you even make it tho? Do you boil the carrots? What seasons are needed? It looks like a bunch of noodles so like what tool do you use for this to?
