Lemony Herb Vinaigrette – what’s not to love?! Choose your favorite fresh or dried herbs to add new flavors and add to any salad. Join Kendra in making your new favorite dressing!

*Makes 12 1-Tbsp servings

Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil or avocado oil (or your favorite oil)
1/4 cup lemon juice (or juice of 1 lemon)
1 Tbsp fresh or dried herbs (try dried Italian herb mix or a mix of basil, tarragon, parsley, dill)
1 garlic clove (or 1 tsp minced garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a jar with a tight lid
2. Shake to combine

Can store in your refrigerator and use within two weeks!
