I’d definitely eat it! But, drums are my least favorite part of the chicken, too many tendons and weirdness in the meat and I’m guessing the skin was leathery.

I like to butterfly my drumsticks first. I will usually cook on a kettle grill over indirect heat until ready to finish the skin

Love em. Super easy, super cheap. I think I can get them at around a $1 per pound?? They are a bit less crispy than wings, but if you have suggestions on how you crisp them up I’ll take it. I think last time I took off all the external skin and fat. Maybe that was a mistake?
