    Most conventional bananas are closer to 100-120 calories each – were these very small bananas? Did you weigh them after peeling?

    Noobie baking questions here.
    1) is banana necessary? Is it important for the the baking and texture?
    2) can i add oats instead of banana or is this a dumb idea?
    3) sprinke of baking powder? You mean a tsp? Without baking powder this is not possible to bake right?
    4) i assume i can add protein powder too?
    5) which coffee powder did you use?

    I made these today! Removed eggs and coffee, and added brown sugar, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Microwaved for 5 minutes. It was fudgy and delicious!

    Just made, substituted pumpkin puree for bananas (50 cal) and used my chocolate flavored Vital Proteins collagen instead of hot cocoa. SO good!
