Roasts with a Mediterranean twist are now on offer, with a choice of South Creake pork porchetta with crackling for £24 or Aberdeen Angus sirloin of beef for £26.

This is served with seasonal vegetables, slow-cooked swede with horseradish, beef tallow crisp roast potatoes, a Yorkshire Pudding and a Madeira jus.

“Our porchetta is a traditional Italian pork roast stuffed with aromatics, garlic and lemon zest.”
Tapas dishes are also available to order on Sundays.
Mr Ash added: “The concept seems to have been a hit, with people starting with a selection of tapas dishes and finishing off with a Sunday roast.”
