In this video I am baking “Lagana”.
Lagana is a delicious, soft, and slightly chewy Greek flatbread traditionally baked for Clean Monday (the first day of Lent in the Greek Orthodox Church).

Greek Traditional Bread (Lagana)
500gr Bread Flour
300 ml (1 and 1/4 cup) warm water
120 gr sourdough starter,
2 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp Salt and 1 Tbsp water
Sesame Seeds (for the top)
Bake at 400 F for 15′ and at 350 F for another 15′
