I don’t have macros because this is the first time I’m doing meal prep. More focused on saving time and money during work and then the health aspect is an awesome bonus.
Grilled chicken, airfryer broccoli and Goya yellow Spanish rice.

~8oz of chicken, couple ounces of broccoli and 2 tablespoons of rice (All roughly estimated)

    Fantastic job, great start! Two proteins, two veggies, and two carbs then you can mix and match and have lunch and dinner! That is where I ended up at least and it was worth it.
