The egg white spinach and sundried tomato lavash wrap recipe is here — I make it with Atoria's lavash which is only 100 calories/large wrap, and I find that 1/2 of a prepared wrap is filling enough for a nice meal along with some fruit and yogurt. The wraps also freeze well.

Just came here to comment that I didn’t think many others logged their supplements.
I have 85 calories a day of them. It’s 45 calories for my calcium chews (I need a triple dose, it’s 15 calories each). I use chews instead of six huge pills as I have to space them out to avoid the iron that I take twice a day, and it’s just way easier to get them in during the day as chews. Then 30 calories for Metamucil powder, and another 10 for the fiber gummies I take.
Trying to stick to 1500 is hard when I have all those calories just in supplements.
