Out of these options I would have

Either a starter or a dessert – the prawns, mussels, pannacotta, 3 scoops ice cream or raspberry sorbet (I'd guess 3 scoops)

I will have whatever is lowest out of the pastas, pizzas chicken and fish dishes that include meat (minus plain grilled chicken. Leaning towards the spaghetti puttanesca, fettuccine allo scolio, pollo divalo or pizza Napoli, but if one of the others is way lower then maybe. Calorie estimates for these would be great too!
