  5. I want to like this but I need to know…..because one time I made something like this from scratch (calf liver) and I was not a fan of some of the gristle in liver….

    Do these very finely processed livers have any veiny or gristly texture in them or is it pretty ubiquitous as a pate?

    I just had braunschweiger on toast with onions, mustard and siracha is my jam but…I got a hankering for tarter or horseradish now.
