1 yellow bell pepper.
1 zucchini.

Stir well and cook for another 3 minutes.
4 eggs.
Pour the eggs into the vegetables.
100 g / 3.52 oz cheese.
Add the cheese.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180° C (350° F).

Chop with a fork.
Add basil.
Greek yogurt / sour cream 3 tablespoons.
Add cheese.
1 egg.
Flour 3 tablespoons.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Line a muffin tin with silicone molds and grease with olive oil.
Add 1 tablespoon of zucchini.
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 180° C (350° F).

Third recipe for me, not sure?
Fourth recipe for me, less salt or better no salt for me, no milk, no egg. Cheese sprinkled on top after playing. I think I will try this one.
Fifth recipe, with the broccoli , less salt, somehow less oil. Otherwise I might try it too.
I know eggs are protein though. They taste so good. Just don’t like the appearance so much when they are mixed into things.
Your vegetable dishes gave me new ideas as I want to do weight loss. And sodium is restricted for me. I bet it all tastes good though. Watched you cook for a while now. Always interesting dishes and vegetarian mostly it seems with exception of the egg and milk I suppose.
