Bought a new tofu press and love it!

Firm press for 30 mins.
Marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
I head of sliced garlic
Sprinkle a tablespoon of cornstarch and combine and toss together.

Any vegetables you want, but prepare as usual. I used carrot, asparagus and broccoli.

Salute vegetables separately. Sprinkle with pepper. You don’t extra salt since there’s plenty in the marinade. Add 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger and optional no salt seasoning. SautΓ© to your liking.

In the same pan, remove the tofu cubes from the marinade and sautΓ©.

One they are nice and colored, add in the vegetables back to the pan.

Add 1/2 cup water or veggie broth to the marinade and add to the pan. Stir to thicken. Remove from eat and enjoy!

    Tofu stir fry is the GOAT. Sprinkle in some hemp seeds at the end for some extra nutrition.
