Oh damn, here come the flood gates. I’d be happy if I ordered a medium rare and this came to my table. Arguments will be made on either side, rare or medium. Great temp for a new York because it generally has some fat that gets nice as it warms up.

Kind of hard telling, lighting seems kind of weird. Could be anywhere from lower med-rare to over medium. Confusing picture.
