Costco as always with the big porky bois. No trim required, wrapped once the bark was set, pushed till 207ish and rested for a long while. Cooked on a Weber kettle utilising the snake method, apple and cherry putting in the work for the smoke. Thanks for looking ❤️

    Looks awesome but I am against your style of pulling it. There is a lot of fat and membrane that needs to come out of that.

    We just finished off the last of ours from my Weber cook. Did tacos, Sheppard pie, tostadas, omelets, breakfast burritos, ended with chili 🌶️. Applewood smoke really sticks well.

    It looks good but that steam definitely says it wasn’t rested long enough. That’s a lot of steam.

  7. how thick are those nitrile gloves? I’m too much of a wimp to stick my hand in for that long. end up using bear claws.
