Absolutely. I have no problem with the smash trend, but I will always prefer burgers with bigger patties.
I’ve learned through experience that the patty can be indeed too big, but anything between 150-200g is perfect. Edit: I’ve just read the description that it’s a 130g patty :D. Looks bigger.
