### Directions
###### Wontons
1. Finely chop the cabbage 2. Salt the cabbage and set in a bowl for 20 minutes to allow the salt to draw out the water from the cabbage 3. Squeeze the cabbage with something like a lint free towel, a cheese cloth, or similar to squeeze the water from it 4. Mince the mushrooms, sauté to release their moisture. 5. Combine all but the wrapper in a bowl and mix evenly 6. Start wrapping the wontons; can make up to 200-250 wontons

1. Combine all but the green onions in a pot and bring to a boil 2. Once boiling, add in your wontons; boil wontons for 4 minutes 3. Serve with green onions

I love wonton soup! I keep the wontons cooked and separate from the soup so they don’t get soggy. They are perfect when reheated
