This group helped me find my salsa recipe again and today for the first time in 15 years I made it. I did change one item though and I smoked all the ingredients over hickory for an hour. Gives it some amazing complexity
Recipe in pictures but keep in mind I wrote that 25 years ago. Happy Easter everyone!

Here’s the original recipe typed. I did change one thing and I smoked everything for an hour at 250 over hickory
Ok you start out with a corona and some good spanish music for effect. Now that the important stuff is out of the way here is my recipe. First off get 5 habaneros and chop up then get 6 jalapenos and chop up then get 10 tai chilies and out in half then chop up 7 Serranos. Then mix together. Combine water and vinegar in medium pot bring to boil. Then add all chopped ingredients and simmer for approximately 30 minutes. Chop up 4 small tomatoes add to the pot. Add more water and vinegar if needed. Get 1 small onion and chop up get 6 serranos chop up get 2 habaneros and chop up get 4 jalapenos and chop up. Put in a skillet and stir-fry until blackened takes about 10 minutes. Then put in pot. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
I am a 17 yr old who loves hot sauce my dad gave me raw chilies when I was 2 years old if you like this recipe give me an email at Bmxracer34@hotmail.com
What a name 🤣
Fire breathing. All those chili for only four tomatoes 🥵🥵🔥🔥🔥. I like it.
Lost me at habaneras
I’m thinking it’s the dash of pepper that really heats it up.
“Some good Spanish music” is giving me [Peter Griffin erotic novel](https://youtu.be/4MtLLkTtWJs?si=gZ_uKqAeMEi0S1Qz) vibes.
Holy subject line lmao
NGL, this sounds amazing
It had me at “Thai chilis”
“Tai chilies” and “habaneras.” Incredible. Jokes as(s)ide, I’m sure this is fire.
How is this anything other than inedible
Garlic?
And here I am using lasers like some sort of chump.
