Chicken bite size pieces boneless 150 grams 8. Spring onions 1/4th cup finely chopped 9. Beans 1/2 cup finely chopped 10. Carrots 1/2 cup thinly sliced 11. Red Bell Peppers 1 sliced 12. Yellow Bell Pepper 1 sliced 13. Soy sauce 1 tbsp 14. White/Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp 15. Salt as required 16. Oil 4 tbsp
# METHOD:
Serving size 4-5
Heat oil in a wok. Scramble the eggs. Set aside. Heat oil and add chicken pieces along with salt and black pepper powder. Stir fry until cooked. Sauté the prawns for 4-5 minutes. Heat the remaining oil in the wok. Add ginger, onion and garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the veggies. Stir fry on high heat for another 2-3 minutes. Add rice, chicken, prawns and scrambled eggs. Add in soy sauce, white pepper powder and salt. Finally, add spring onions. Mix everything well and stir fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve mixed fried rice with mushroom stir-fry and pickled onions.
