Is there anything better than sipping in style while soaking up dreamy views? Obviously not, and the California Wine Festival knows it. That’s why it’s bringing another can’t-miss edition. The two-day event, known for pairing fine wine with coastal scenery, will take place April 25 and 26 at Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa and Sea Terrace Park.
The festival kicks off Friday evening with a sunset tasting that highlights rare and reserve wines from California vineyards. Guests will also find gourmet food pairings, live music by singer-songwriter Adam Lasher, and a charity auction supporting Sandy Feet Initiative, a local organization dedicated to helping children with limb differences.
The celebration continues Saturday afternoon with the festival’s main event: an outdoor tasting that features wines from more than 60 California wineries. Local restaurants will serve small bites throughout the day, while steel drum band Upstream adds a Caribbean-inspired soundtrack to the laid-back beachside setting.
The upcoming editions of the event will take place in Carlsbad on June 20-21, in Santa Barbara from July 18-19, and in Huntington Beach on October 17-18.
