Dinner:
Salad – lettuce, carrots, grape tomatoes, pickles, laughing cow light cheese
Chicken wings with BBQ sauce
Ore Ida Potatoes O'Brien

    Why is your lunch a snack and your snack is the beginnings of something that resembles a lunch 😭

    Eta: I don’t fault you for incorporating some small snacks in there. And I do see some healthy items. And I respect that you’re probably experimenting and just posting your journey and that each day is different. But I also see a lot of wasted calories.
