    Don’t worry OP, I eat like this too. I love the natural flavors of chicken breast, broccoli and rice without any seasoning too lol. Glad I’m not alone.

    id say honestly the same for the first too, try to aim for 6-10 pieces

    If you ever decide to play around with seasoning, I’m obsessed with blackening my chicken. Takes two seconds to sprinkle on and makes it not only more flavorful but will help the outside crisp for a better texture imo. If not, that’s cool too!

  11. I feel like you should add more broccoli cuz calorie wise it won’t add much but the fiber will be tons and fiber is super good for you.

    Calories I would guess around 500. Again, add more broccoli. Especially if you like it might as well get the maximum benefits.
