I did what any sane person would do on their day off? Smoked some eggs, peppers, and red onion to make some egg salad, along with some freshly baked bread.
Next time after peeling, I think I will put the eggs back on the smoker for a bit more smoke, as is it provides just a nice subtle hint of smoke.

I was gonna ask if any smoke penetrated the egg shell. I would presume it didn’t?
