I set my week’s calories a bit lower so I can have higher calories during the weekend. LoseIt has that setting inherently and it’s so helpful to have a little wiggle room during the weekend if I want to go out

Don’t even feel bad, my lose it app is all green but that’s because I wasn’t logging and that is so much worse. Hang in there! 🙂

Probably unpopular opinion but going over by 100 calories or less per day isn’t a big deal
