Ingredients
20 Shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined
2 tsp Tandoori seasoning
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp Garlic, minced/paste
1/4 tsp Ginger, paste
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Olive oil

*Wooden skewers (pre soaked)

Method
Step 1 – In a bowl add the shrimp and all of the listed ingredients. Mix well to combine.

Step 2 – Take a skewer, pierce through the shrimp. I add 5 on each skewer. Repeat with the remaining shrimp.

Step 3 – Place the shrimp skewers in a single layer on the air fryer tray. Set the air fryer to 200c for 6 minutes. Turn half way through the cooking time. Once the cooking time is complete, check the shrimp are cooked through.

Step 4 – Remove from the air fryer, top with fresh coriander and serve! Enjoy!
