This 7-11 cheese stick has 183kcal, but 16.8g of protein. 33.6g protein/ 100gram. This is even higher than chicken breast. Is this real?

maybe the cheese?

It’s likely like 30-40% parm cheese. And because of that it gets it’s protein

Could be false, its not like they gonna use actual high protein cheese or high protein flour.

You are 100% correct doubting this.
Parm is a good example for an extremely high protein cheese and it only contains about 35g of protein per 100g.
Your average flour is 10g of protein per 100 grams.
Theres no way they mixed flour and parmesan and got this much protein. It should be closer to 20-25 grams per 100g and thats only if this thing is 50% cheese.
Theres definitely something extra in there or the info is wrong. My only guess is nutritional yeast as it contains 60g of protein per 100g and is sometimes added to dough as a flavoring. It has a very cheesy taste.
