  1. Jazz it up, throw extra cheese on it, toasted garlic, onions, bacon, oregano, etc.

    I do this regularly and it makes them awesome.

  2. The frozen pepperoni pizzas from Costco. The ones that are three to a box. Straight on the grid at 400*, indirect with the plate setter. Embellish with some capers, olives, and chili flakes.

    I frequently use store bought dough and just dress it up. Doesn’t have to be the artisan masterpieces you often see on here. Although, that can be fun to do, too.

    The next step for you might be blind baking the crusts, and cooking homemade pies. Now you can concentrate on flavor and toppings without worrying about the crust. Later on, you can move to a fresh pie from the ground up.
