Water tastes harsh, according to a friend of mine. I can't even begin to describe the expression I gave him before telling him that was a symptom and not an opinion.
I'm older. The best water came from the hose.

Had to look up the alkaline saliva thing and apparently it can be good for your teeth.
"Alkaline saliva, with a pH above 7.0, generally indicates good oral health and can contribute to stronger teeth and gums. It can help remineralize tooth enamel, fight cavity-causing bacteria, and reduce sensitivity to hot or cold. However, excessive alkalinity in the blood (alkalosis) can lead to various health issues."
As a German hearing people make a difference here is weird. If you drink 2 litres of water you drink 2 litres of water. It doesn't matter if it's 'normal' water or fizzy water.
Here in Germany fizzy water also really is normal water btw. We seem to be weirdos that like fizzy water more than a lot of other folks around the world.
Water tastes like the impurities that reside within it. If you can't enjoy a nice room temp water you are a broken human being.

Head to the Highlands of Scotland and drink the water from the tap. It's better than anything you can get out of a bottle.

I drink sparkling water. Some can taste good. La croix is still gross but sparkling ice is so good. Clear American too.

I've known people who eat sunflower seeds whole, but that is wrong. Pumpkin seeds are meant to be eaten whole.

An interesting game would be "guess the water" – I know it has been done without bottles before; but instead just fill the marketing bottles with other waters and see if someone can pick the water that matches the bottle.
Just gonna address a couple of things, regardless of the hopefully joking nature.
First off…there are no more microplastics in the 5-gallon water cooler bottles than literally any other water delivery system based in plastic.
I know, because I have done the research, because we do not drink our tap water around here.
Now obviously, they could be lying…but it seems unlikely.
I live in the mountains, and the tap water is extremely mineral-heavy, which can lead to kidney stones…plus it tastes weird enough to notice.
We tested out various filters & water softeners, and it's actually cheaper/easier to buy filtered water.
So we get water delivery once a month, and it is some of the better bottled water I've had…and I have had a lot.
With all that said…my favorite water is actually in cans.
Liquid Death, Open Water, Icelandic…all of these are available in cans, and I believe they taste & quench better than plastic bottled water.
It's likely a psychological trick, but it nevertheless feels true.

It’s interesting that Nicole felt that a liquid taste less than a solid. A sip of water to me tastes way more than eating an ice cube. I really like this video. I have always said water has taste and each kind is different. I love water.

As crazy as it sounds no the beans are not heated. You just throw them in a bowl,adding other beans if you want, pour over a ton of Italian dressing. No idea where this came from, just remember my family doing this for years.
BTW!!!!!! acidic saliva is REAL!!! I had it in my teen years. It did damage to the back of my teeth. My dentist would gove me a special mouth wash. As i got older its not as acidic (assuming because of just a more mature diet) but my dentist now says my saliva is very "thick," lol 😅
